The Plains: A remix of Green Hill Zone from Sonic 2(Game Gear).
The Plains 2: Another possible plains track, this one completely original.
Robotropolis: Another original track for levels in Robotropolis (can anyone guess the song that inspired this?)
Robotnik's Theme: Robotnik's theme, again original.
Title Music: A remix of the SatAM title theme.
Options Screen: An original jazz number I'm currently using for the options screen. It'd fit a Casino level well, but I refuse to put one in :)
Drowning: Drowning music. Can you say "Jaws"?
Level Complete: Remix of Sonic 3's level end music.
Crystal Caverns: Shades of Ice Cap Zone in this one for a future episode.
Piano Short: A nice little piano piece, probably going to get used in a cutscene or three.
Boss Fight 1: An early track intended to be used in a boss fight.
